Abstract
The designed [M(OH) 2 ] 3 (IO 3 )(SeO 4 )·H 2 O (M = Ga and In) feature ∞ [MO 2 (OH) 2 ] 3− layers composed of M 3 O 6 (OH) 9 trimeric units capped by SeO 4 and IO 3 groups from different sides of the layers. They exhibit moderate SHG effects and large LIDT values.
