Role of Artificial Intelligence in Organizational Culture and Workplace

Abstract
Development and Innovation are the two major aspects for every organization. The development of organization should be sustainable and the discipline of technology enabling the concept of sustainable organization. With the 4IR, the tremendous changes happened with the shift in various aspects such as economic, social, political aspects due to the introduction of AI. The paper discusses the impact of AI based workplace on work atmosphere, human behaviour, health and qualitative life of the employees. The paper emphasizes upon the importance of AI on the sustainable growth and development of an organization in this competitive world. The importance of the implication of AI for increasing profits is also discussed in this review. It will also help to provide a plan for future workplace designing to enhance technological advancements for improved health, wellbeing and work environment.
