Abstract
In this paper, the dynamic modelling of the thermal behaviour and the electrical characterisation of a PV module are presented. The simulation results of the prediction of the PV module internal temperature were validated by making a comparison between our results and the experimental results of other authors with an RMSD that varies between 0.0207 and 0.0798. In addition, the change in the internal temperature average PV module for the different months of the year is estimated for the city of Ouarzazat in Morocco, using the same model. The comparison between the simulated Ipv-Vpv characteristics under different values of solar irradiance, temperatures and the manufacturer’s data shows that the model used predicts these characteristics with precision and simplicity with an RMSE that varies between 0.0852 and 0.0594. Therefore, the application of these models in the design and operation of solar systems is guaranteed.
