Abstract
An extremely facile ligand-mediated synthesis of 2D CsPbX 3 (X = Cl, Br, or mixture thereof) nanoplatelets (NPLs) and Mn-doped NPLs was developed in an open vessel under ambient conditions, which is potentially scalable toward industrial applications.
