Abstract

Anomeric C–H bond activation is an unsolved long-standing synthetic challenge. Herein, we report a diastereoselective Pd-catalyzed anomeric C(sp3)–H activation methodology that allows the synthesis of elusive C-(hetero)aryl glycosides with an exclusive α-selectivity.
