Spectral Lyapunov exponents in chaotic and localized many-body quantum systems

Abstract
The authors analyze the spectral statistics of many-body quantum chaotic and many-body localized systems, by associating a given Floquet quantum circuit with a dual transfer matrix product, which is characterized by a spectrum of Lyapunov exponents.
