Abstract
a site-selective thianthrenation/carbamoyloxylation two-step process. Mild conditions, broad substrate scope and good functional group tolerance are the features of the transformation. The synthetic utility of the method was demonstrated by the late-stage modification of bioactive molecules and pharmaceuticals.
