Abstract

This paper showcases new modes in the Raman spectra of 1T-VSe${}_{2}$ at low temperatures which emphasizes the onset of incommensurate and commensurate charge density wave in 1T-VSe${}_{2}$. The strong modulation of Raman intensity of the Eg mode with charge density wave shows the interaction of phonons with electron density.
