Abstract
SEMA6B, a potential diagnostic biomarker for HBV-ACLF, exacerbates liver failure through macrophage-mediated systemic inflammation and hepatocyte apoptosis. These findings highlight SEMA6B as a promising early treatment target for HBV-ACLF patients.
