Abstract
One of the key tasks of the control furnace automation system is to provide a given temperature regime. At the same time, temperature regulation is currently carried out based on the results of calculations and models either not taking into account the spatial distribution of the controlled parameter, or approximating the temperature field with a multidimensional model, which reduces the quality indicators of transient processes and does not optimize the consumption of energy resources. In this work, we solve the problem of synthesizing a distributed high-precision controller for controlling the temperature field of a continuous furnace.
