Abstract
This paper explores the intersection of these fields, positing that their convergence can catalyze unprecedented advancements in clinical outcomes and economic sustainability. Neuroscience provides crucial insights for optimising nursing care through its elucidation of neuroplasticity, cognitive rehabilitation, and the intricate mechanisms underpinning neurocognitive disorders. Simultaneously, financial innovations, including value-based care, bundled payment systems, and the integration of blockchain technology, are transforming the economic underpinnings of healthcare delivery, ensuring cost-effective, outcome-centric care. This research investigates case studies and theoretical frameworks to argue that the synergistic interaction between neuroscience, nursing, and financial innovation represents an underexplored frontier for elevating patient care while safeguarding healthcare's economic viability. Despite the challenges in implementation, this interdisciplinary approach holds the potential to revolutionize healthcare systems worldwide.
