Abstract
Complex flow cytometry is widely used in a broad variety of indications for prognosis, diagnosis, and therapy assessment of malignancies, infectious diseases, and immunodeficiencies In order to provide valid interpretation of flow data, comparison with reference values generated from age-and sex-matched healthy populations is needed.
