Abstract
Benefiting from the metal-support interactions, the prepared Ru-NiCoO 2 /CC exhibits excellent alkaline HER activity. Importantly, the two-electrode electrolyzer with Ru-NiCoO 2 /CC demonstrates potential for integration with intermittent energy systems.
