Abstract

gut microbiota states was used to quantitate pathway-specific metabolites as well as obtain full profiling information. The quantitative and qualitative results revealed the preservation of the primary pathways of degradation in the kynurenine pathway to potentially produce primary products such as nicotinamide during stress-induced dietary states.
