Abstract

In patients with transfusion-dependent thalassemia (TDT), adherence to iron chelation therapy (ICT) is essential for avoiding iron excess consequences and preserving HRQoL. The present research sought to assess the relationship between adherence and HRQoL in TDT patients from Malaysia.
