Abstract
Lead-free KGeCl 3 perovskite solar cells are optimized using SCAPS-1D and machine learning with WS 2 , ZnSe, PC 60 BM, and SnS 2 ETLs. The ETL WS 2 provides the best band alignment, lowest recombination, and highest simulated efficiency.
