Abstract

Recycling of Electronic Waste is very much essential to prevent the environmental pollution caused by traditional disposal methods like landfilling and dumping. This study illustrates the management of e-waste, with integration of IoT and Blockchain technologies. It focuses on developing a reliable system that accurately tracks e-waste transactions between buyers and sellers, while also ensuring compliance with government-regulations. This approach can improve collaboration between manufacturers, exporters, marketers, and recycling facilities of electronic waste. Blockchain technology facilitates the implementation of smart contracts, which are self-executing computer codes, in electronic waste management. The application of blockchain technology has the potential to enhance both the security and transparency of consumer data sharing, whether it occurs between two companies or between a customer and a corporation. This work emphasizes on an innovative approach that could transform the process of E-waste management by improving transparency, efficiency, and accountability.
