Abstract
WSG ADAPTcycle (NCT 04055493) investigates whether pts with intermediate-risk early breast cancer (EBC) and no endocrine response (ET-resp.) or with intermediate/high-risk EBC and ET-resp. identified by clinical factors, OncotypeDx (RS) and Ki67 ≤10% after preoperative ET, derive survival benefit from ribociclib (Ribo) + ET vs chemotherapy (CT) +ET. (Neo)adjuv. therapy was allowed. We present the first results from ADAPTcycle, addressing optimal treatment in HR+/HER2- EBC with uncertain CT benefit.
