Abstract
Electropneumatic automation is a branch of automation that covers the theory and practice of building control systems for technical systems based on combined devices. In accordance with the general principles of technological processes control, automatic control is carried out on the basis of information received using a complex of technical means of automation. A hardware and software complex has been created for the development and research of control systems for electropneumatic mechatronic systems. The electropneumatic part is made on the basis of Festo equipment and includes: cylinders, distributors, throttles and an air preparation station. To implement the relay-contactor control system, stand of relay block was developed. To implement the software control mode, a microcontroller part of the laboratory stand based on SIEMENS S7-1200 was developed, with the help of which it is possible to implement various technological process control algorithms by creating a project in TIA Portal, configuring its hardware part and writing a program in the FBD language. A computer model of an electropneumatic mechatronic system is developed in the FluidSIM software package. The control object was visualized in the TIA Portal environment by developing the SCADA project of the WinCC system and simulating it using the RT Simulator software application. The use of the created hardware and software complex, which contains simulation models, allows developing and researching automatic control systems of the electropneumatic mechatronic system. The use of this complex in the educational process contributes to the formation of students' practical skills and the ability to debug mechatronic systems. Involvement of students in the development of this type of educational stands contributes to the development of the creative component, increases the level of their theoretical and practical training, which allows for the identification and elimination of malfunctions in production.
