Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare work satisfaction and motivating variables among employees in the private and public sectors. As per the result of the research, employees in the private sector were much happier with management hiring, opinions and review exchange, and rewards. Only 10.6 percent of respondents in the government firm believed that manager choice was focused on experience and qualifications. This is significantly lower than in the private sector, where 68.75 percent of respondents concurred with the assertion. There is virtually no chance for remarks sharing and responses system in the government company, as none of the people agree that this chance was accessible in their organization, whereas 68.74 percent of participants in the private sector accepted that this chance was available in their organization. In terms of benefits and reward systems, only 15.62 percent of participants in the government organization thought their organization had a good incentives and reward system, compared to 84.37 percent in the private organization. It is quite hard to advocate for any of these two types of government. The reason for this is not obscure, but quite clear, as both give perspectives in different ways. Employment satisfaction expresses how happy a person is with his or her job. People are considered to be more pleased with their jobs if they are happy at work. For most elements of research, this study examines both sectors.
