Abstract

By tuning Li + doping concentrations, a gradual colour output and a tuneable afterglow duration have been achieved in Zn 2 GeO 4 :Mn,Li and NaLiGe 4 O 9 :Mn phosphors, which exhibit excellent performance for anti-counterfeiting applications.
