Abstract

This brief investigates the disturbance observer-based event-triggered control of switched positive systems. A disturbance observer is first constructed and then a compensator is designed. A feedback control is proposed by using the disturbance observer, the compensator, and the output. A monotonic dynamic event-triggering condition is introduced to the feedback control. All observer and controller gains are computed by virtue of linear programming. By using copositive Lyapunov function, the positivity and stability of the systems are achieved. Then, a non-monotonic dynamic event-triggering condition is constructed to design the event-triggered controller of the systems. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the effectiveness of the obtained results.
