Abstract

ER stressors induce L o microdomain formation in the yeast vacuolar membrane. L o microdomains and ESCRT mediate lipid droplet (LD) uptake into the vacuole during lipid imbalance-induced microlipophagy. ESCRT mediates LD uptake during microlipophagy in response to chemically induced ER stress.
