Abstract
A cisplatin-derived cis , cis , trans -[Pt IV (NH 3 ) 2 Cl 2 (biotin)(L)] prodrug having tumour targeting biotin and PEGylated-BODIPY as red-light photosensitizer showed apoptotic 1 O 2 -mediated photocytotoxicity following “Chemo-PDT” pathway.
