Abstract
Introduction. Hand-to-hand fight is a variety of mixed martial arts with a large technical arsenal of percussion and wrestling equipment that can be used in different positions. Despite the large number of professional papers on the analysis of competitive activities in martial arts, including hand-to-hand fight, some experts note that in modern sports most training methods have almost exhausted themselves, so it is necessary to constantly look for new rational highly effective ways, means and methods to improve training, which, surely, includes the control of competitive activities.
