Abstract

This release publishes the core paper Paper L-OS (Language OS) together with the Math Boundary appendix series (MTH / CNT / GDL / ENT / CTL / RSL) in both Japanese and English. These documents are not written to unify existing theories. They record boundaries that appear between frameworks—where formal Scope and the observational conditions required by Dualbind do not overlap. The appendices function as static boundary logs. Paper L-OS provides the framing viewpoint: treating language not as a descriptive medium, but as an operating system that governs how existence becomes observable and how inquiry is structured. Structure of the release: Paper L-OS v1.0: the core paper (Language OS) Appendix MTH v1.0: entry and handling guide for the Math Boundary logs Appendix CNT / GDL / ENT / CTL / RSL v1.0: boundary logs on infinity, formal systems, information, category theory, and self-reference Dualbind is an observation-driven operational environment: humans remain the subject of inquiry, while AI is used as cognitive extension rather than as a deciding subject.
