Abstract

The para hydrogen-induced polarisation (PHIP) NMR signal enhancement technique is used to study H 2 addition to Vaska’s complex ( trans -[IrCl(CO)(PPh 3 ) 2 ]) and a mixture of Vaska’s complex derivatives with benchtop (1 T) NMR detection.
