Abstract
Biomaterials Memristors As emerging memristive materials, biomaterials exhibit unique features for biorealistic neuromorphic applications. In article number 2200028, Xiaoning Zhao, Haiyang Xu, and co-workers comprehensively review the state-of-the-art development of biomemristor devices with particular attention focused on their unique biorealistic features. Challenges and prospects toward the further development of biomemristors are also provided and discussed.
