Abstract
BACKGROUND: Buerger-Allen Exercise (BAE) promote Lower Extremity Perfusion (LEP) via the wound healing process and reduce Peripheral Neuropathy Symptoms (PNS) among Diabetes Mellitus (DM) patients. We study the efficacy of BAE on LEP and PNS among patients with DM. MATERIALS AND METHODS: day using the same tools. RESULTS: < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS: BAE has to be taught to the patients with DM in improving the level of LEP and can be encouraged to practice in the hospital and home care setup.
