Abstract
[DBUH][CH 3 CH 2 OCH 2 COO] exhibited excellent corrosion inhibition for 304SS compared to imidazolium-based ILs due to the barrier effect produced by carboxylate anions containing electron-donating groups and superbase cations with a large ring.
