Abstract
(the common limpet; Mollusca; Gastropoda; Patellogastropoda; Patellidae). The genome sequence is 695.4 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 9 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 14.93 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 19,378 protein coding genes.
