Abstract

Periodontitis Treatment In article number 2412065, Hong Lin, Dandan Xia, and co-workers constructed a zinc-cobalt bimetallic organic framework (Zn/Co-MOF) to alleviate local tissue inflammation and bone resorption in periodontitis. The Zn/Co-MOF preserves cell viability under oxidative stress by remodeling the pathogenic periodontal microenvironments while stimulating alveolar bone regeneration via bioactive metal ions. The Zn/Co-MOF offering a promising strategy for periodontitis treatment.
