Geometry-based Conditions for a Quadratic Function: Application to Stability of Time-Varying Delay Systems

Abstract
In this paper, novel geometry-based negative conditions are presented for a quadratic function with time-varying delays. The system performance could be optimal by adjusting a parameter value. New stability criteria for the time-varying delayed systems are derived.
