Abstract
Synthesis and electrical properties of 1D van der Waals Ta 2 Pt 3 Se 8 as an emerging p-type semiconductor showing the hole mobility and I on / I off ratio being 5 cm 2 V −1 s −1 and >10 4 , respectively.
