Abstract
A new Ru( ii ) arene chlorido organometallic complex [(η 6 - p -cymene)(L)RuCl]PF 6 that exhibits potent anticancer activity (IC 50 = 0.71 μM) and is ∼45 times more effective than the standard drug cisplatin in a castration-resistant human prostatic adenocarcinoma cell line (PC-3) is reported.
