Abstract

SAH-derived bisubstrates of SARS-CoV-2 cap RNA N 7-methyltransferase were synthesized, and two adenosines with an N -arylsulfonamide core attached by an N -ethylthioether linker proved to be effective inhibitors in the submicromolar range.
