Abstract

In this paper, a soft-switched interleaved high step-up non-isolated DC-DC converter, is proposed. The proposed converter has a high voltage gain ratio and low voltage stress on the switches. In the proposed converter, in order to alleviate switching losses, soft-switching technique has been implemented for all semiconductor devices. The switches are turned on under ZVZCS and off under ZCS conditions. Also, all of the diodes operate under ZCS turn off. Eventually, switching losses are greatly decreased at high operating frequency and the problem of reverse recovery time of the diodes when turn off, is eliminated. Finally, the proposed converter is completely analyzed and the simulation results in PSCAD/EMTDC are given to confirm the theoretical analyses.
