Using the MQTT Protocol to Transmit Vehicle Telemetry Data

Abstract
In this paper, the authors aimed to investigate the use of MQTT protocol for transport telemetry data with the creation of a hierarchical structure of access to a set of vehicles and their parameters in the field of logistics. To achieve the goal, we defined the list and type of transport telemetry data to be collected, compared and determined the optimal hierarchical structure of MQTT tops and built a data network architecture between the transport and the application server. The object of the study was the telemetry of vehicle data, the subject of the study was the MQTT network protocol.
