Abstract

This analysis confirmed that EOGA is associated with more aggressive tumor characteristics. Early-Onset was not a prognostic factor in the multivariate analysis. EOGA patients may be more capable to undergo intensive multimodal therapy including perioperative chemotherapy and extended surgery.
