It also addresses strategies for managing partial-thickness and massive tears, compares single-row and double-row repairs, and highlights the importance of individualized postoperative rehabilitation. By integrating biomechanical precision with biological innovations, modern rotator cuff repair aims to improve healing rates, reduce retear risk, and optimize functional outcomes.
