Fluidic Ga–In liquid metal‐modified cathode with improved cyclic performance and capacity of Li–O <sub>2</sub> batteries

Abstract
摘要 循环产物累积引起的阴极钝化是阻碍Li‐O 2 电池应用的严重问题。在这里, 我们应用了Ga‐In液态金属 (Ga‐In LM) 功能化阴极, 通过使用Ga‐In LM微滴的流动性和自我修复表面来缓解阴极钝化, 在充电/放电周期内, 使Li 2 O 2 和LiOH等固体放电产物难以覆盖阴极。Ga‐In LM 微滴的改性使电池性能有了显著提高, 其中Li‐O 2 电池的循环寿命从原始MWNT阴极的55圈延长至310圈, 全放电能力也从0.4 mAh (4000 mAh·g ‐1 MWNTs) 扩大到3.42 mAh (8550 mAh·g ‐1 LM‐MWNTs) 。阴极钝化明显缓解, 锂阳极的腐蚀也得到缓解。此调查意味着应用具有流动性的阴极, 可能具有解决阴极钝化问题的潜力。
