Abstract

Present and previous studies have shown that miRNAs may be used as preventiveagents for metabolic diseases in the near future, with their accompanyingadvantages and disadvantages. I have a large array of miRNAs with few targets, whose means of operation are unclear. miRNA, their origins, mechanisms ofsecretion, and targets are unclear. miRNAs for weight loss with efficacy Inconclusion, solving these issues, miRNAs and therapeutics may have greatpromise. as well as following miRNA-based medicines for obesity and associatedmetabolic disorders confirmation of the distinct miRNA signatures in distinctracial cohorts of newborns, teenagers, and adults Understanding the interplaybetween "pro-adipogenic" and "anti-adipogenic" miRNAs' could lead to newbiomarkers. As novel circulating miRNAs that have unique effects on adiposephenotypes are identified, new standards of measurement are created which areboth objective and accurate. a well-defined group of dietary elements, along withother factors such as life conditions, is required to stabilize the weight mechanismHere, the analysis of the anti-obesity therapies can be done alongside specialmRNAs to provide personalized nutrition and fitness plans for targeted outcomes.Although these findings support the association between various miRNAs, it isunknown if they are either necessary or sufficient for the onset of obesity. Thus, inorder to identify the precise mechanism (s) associated with obesity resolution, further studies would be needed.
