Abstract

Privacy and Homomorphic Encryption are effective ways for securely evaluating network records by encrypting them with a sophisticated cryptographic algorithm. This method employs Homomorphic Encryption to enable the assessment of encrypted data without the need for decryption. By employing Homomorphic Encryption, a comprehensive set of rules is promptly executed on the encrypted data, eliminating the necessity for decryption and preserving the confidentiality of the network website visitors' data. This technique can be applied in several situations, such as safeguarding and identifying unusual behavior within a community, following the movement of travelers, and monitoring activities that raise suspicion. In addition, Homomorphic Encryption can be employed alongside various encryption methods, such as symmetric or public-key encryption, to enhance security and privacy.
