A Transformer-less Double Quadratic Boost Converter with Positive Output Polarity and Non Zero Input Current

Abstract
In this study, a transformer less double quadratic boost converter has been proposed. Topology of proposed converter is combination of conventional boost converter and two multiplier cells. Voltage ratio of proposed converter has been compared with conventional and novel step up converters with respect to duty cycle. Input source and load are same grounded. Operational details have been expressed during two modes. Efficiency of proposed converter has been reported and mathematical relations of different power losses have been expressed. All the expressed relations of converter have been done in continuous current mode. Finally, obtained simulation results have been reported and were compared with theoretical component values.
