Abstract
An excellent high-temperature switchable dielectric constant and high-efficiency photoluminescence have been realized in (3HQ)<sub>4</sub>[RbEu(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>8</sub>] (3HQ = 3-quinuclidinone cation).
