Abstract

. The resulting stable adducts lead to a long-term inactivation of the target protein. Finally, the candidates were evaluated in vitro against a drug-susceptible and multidrug-resistant clinical isolates of M. tuberculosis, confirming the antimycobacterial effect of these novel compounds.
