Abstract
Novel complex [Pb( HL′ )Cl 2 ]·MeOH (1·MeOH) was synthesized from an equimolar reaction of N′ -isonicotinoylpicolinohydrazonamide ( HL ) with PbCl 2 , where HL′ is a zwitterionic form of HL with the protonated 4-pyridyl and deprotonated amide nitrogen atoms.
