Abstract

As an important part of digital twin, two-way interaction technology enables the digital twin model to communicate and control information with the actual device in a two-way and dynamic way. Firstly, the XML-based file format is used to construct the digital twin model, deeply analyze the model hierarchy and node relationship, and carry out correct nesting and hierarchization according to the organization structure of the actual object. Secondly, with reference to the digital twin 3D model, a three-layer architecture of application-communication-device is proposed for two-way interaction, which maps the device motion state to the digital twin model in real time, and at the same time controls the device motion state through peripheral devices in the visualization interface. In this paper, we take a six-axis robotic arm as an example to model the robotic arm with high precision and explore the key technology of digital twin two-way interaction.
