High spatial resolution and precision NanoSIMS for sulfur isotope analysis

Abstract
The developed method can be used for analyzing the δ 34 S of pyrite samples with a limited analyzable region (>1 × 1 μm 2 ) with high precision in nano-scale secondary ion mass spectroscopy.
