Generating oxygen vacancies in PrBa<sub>0.5</sub>Sr<sub>0.5</sub>Co<sub>1.5</sub>Fe<sub>0.5</sub>O<sub>5+δ</sub><italic>via</italic> plasma treatment for strongly boosted oxygen evolution reaction activity.
